The hotel is situated directly on the beach in Kato Paphos, a pleasant walk away from the picturesque harbour, the archaeological sites, the shops and the nightlife. There is a bus stop just outside the Hotel grounds, also taxis are always available. Parking in the hotel car park is free for guests. The resort is conveniently situated within easy driving distances from the island’s two international airports, just 15 km away from Paphos and 140 km from Larnaca. As an added bonus for golf lovers, there are four super golf courses easily accessible by car.

The hotel offers an exclusive zone dedicated to adults (over 16 years), comprising of a separate pool, sunbathing area and a swim-up ‘Adult Pool Bar’. A new addition to the hotel’s features is the St. Andrew’s Rooftop Bar (exclusively for Elite Class guests – adults only over 16 years) with breathtaking sea views, an ideal place to unwind, watch the sunset colours whilst enjoying a drink.

The leisure facilities feature 4 external, freshwater swimming pools (one of which is dedicated to adults) and 2 paddling pools, an indoor pool (heated Nov–Apr), indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis. In addition, the Oasis Splash was created for a fun interactive and safe play for children of all ages; as well as the existing 25m long waterslide, it offers an extra, new waterslide 42m long with separate landing pools and a nearby colourful splash pad with spray toys, guaranteeing infinite fun for our younger guests. Floodlit tennis court, a 6-rinks indoor and 24-rinks outdoor Bowls Green, a children’s playground and a Kids’ Club during the summer with organized activities enhance the varied choice of facilities making the hotel an ideal venue for couples and families alike.

The Hotel caters to all tastes with the option to dine in any of the 5 restaurants offering a variety of cuisines from Mediterranean to Italian dinner, from a beautifully prepared buffet to Al Fresco a La Carte dining, to BBQ themed nights held during the summer months.
